Hi, I’m Lauren, the founder of In the Black Business Solutions LLC.

I started this business because I love helping entrepreneurs turn chaos into clarity. Figuring out new processes, testing what works (and what doesn’t), and streamlining the messy parts of business has always been my thing. What feels overwhelming to most business owners is exactly what lights me up.

With a background in operations, I’ve seen how much time and money gets wasted when systems don’t support the business. My role is to step in, simplify, and give you back the mental space to focus on what you actually care about: serving your clients and growing your vision.

When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me spending time with my husband and kids.

At the end of the day, I believe your business should feel manageable and profitable — not overwhelming. My goal is to make sure you always feel in control, confident, and (of course) in the black.
